Meet Joce
Singer, songwriter, producer, choreographer, composer, Joce does it all. As one half of the dynamic duo Gem Shadou, she blends genres like Reggae, Ska, Rock, Soca, and even a touch of experimental to create bold, story-driven music that hits both the heart and the headphones.
With a ukulele and piano, Joce has spent years improving her sound, writing songs, arranging music, and perfecting her vocals. Over the years, she’s grown into a devoted artist with a unique voice and a creative spark that never stops.
She and her twin sister Cece wrote their first song at just six years old. But when the stage wasn’t open to them, Joce found her own spotlight, jumping into a school talent show.
Inspired by artists like CG5, BLACKSWAN, Billie Eilish, Stevie Wonder, Chronixx, Tyla, 3RACHA, Tom Petty, Dem Jointz and Vickeblanka, Joce uses music to explore emotion, tell stories, and connect across generations.
